The client needed a clear strategy to guide his existing website, as the purpose was unclear to many users and he and his staff spent a lot of time answering questions that the website should have addressed.

We worked with the client to redefine the website’s strategy and core users, refine its copy to speak to those core users, and redesign the pages and site structure in line with this strategy.
