A brick and mortar retail company gets an Ecommerce shop and more

This third generation family-owned brick and mortar retail business was excited to bring retail sales online, modernize their existing website, and continue to promote their business and it’s offerings in a evermore online world.

Over the course of six years, we played a pivotal role in designing and developing major sections and functionalities of their website. Our efforts included launching the company’s online WooCommerce shop, and developing a successful six-figure product line from what the analytics were telling us was unmet product demand. We helped the business focus on the analytical side of the website as well to help pinpoint retail store demand, and more.

We also integrated various third-party systems to sync sales and inventory seamlessly between their seven retail stores and their online shop. This allowed us to automate order processing and email communications, streamlining operations and reducing the manual workload.
